The Cultural Heritage Of The Country Should Revive In The New Reality

The question on how to evoke the world’s interest in our culture is still very crucial. The goal of “Temple” to safeguard and preserve cultural heritage, strive for its popularization abroad and to make it serve the country is an answer to this question.

 

“Temple” anticipates presenting the country to the whole world in this context in particular.

    Our goal is to engage the society in the process of safeguarding monuments of cultural heritage and to make it natural. We have to evoke the will of the society to participate in the vital process of taking care of and protecting cultural heritage. In addition, an imperative precondition for this process is the identification of the nation’s cultural resources.
 

    One of the most important goals of the project is the support of cultural tourism development in the country, rethinking of historical facts, popularization of the culture in Georgia and abroad and organization of cultural-educational thematic leisure.

    Our objective is to design rehabilitation plans for churches, monasteries and fortresses in the country, to carry out activities in the scope of the plans, create proper management for future operation and finally attract professional staff for the implementation of this objective and obtain public support.
